Traction On Demand was North America’s largest dedicated Salesforce and Salesforce.org consulting and application development partner (until it was sold to Salesforce). On its 15th anniversary, leadership wanted to overhaul its brand to accurately reflect its values and ‘uncommon purpose’. Working with their incredible in-house Marketing and Creative teams I created their new tone of voice guidelines that moved them away from traditional B2B to a more human voice, developed product naming guidelines, and helped launch their new website. Complete with a new streamlined logo and a bright and bold new design system, Traction on Demand developed a brand to match its ambitions, and heart.
